Participatory Budgeting

#YoPropongoCiclovias were a series of workshops in 2017 to support participation in Mexico City's participatory budgets from a mobility perspective. One of the exercises that I found most useful was to put a price on the elements that make a street safer for people (traffic lights, confined bicycle lanes, wide pavements, street signs, etc.). In this way the proposals could be more realistic. In addition, the expert support of JJesús Sánchez, Erick Cisneros among others, took care of the proposals to reduce the chances of being rejected due to technical issues. These workshops were an initiative of Bicitekas :)
