Thanks to the Collective Intelligence for Democracy workshop at Medialab Prado (Madrid 2016), we were once had the space to think collectively of a digital platform to facilitate Co-Governance between citizens and local councils. One of the results has been a published essay: Co-Designing Participatory Tools for a New Age: A Proposal for Combining Collective and Artificial Intelligences.
